　　Since 1993, the tec5 group develops and manufactures high-grade industrial systems and OEM components for UV-VIS-NIR and Raman spectroscopy. The company’s portfolio includes products ranging from spectrometer electronics via embedded systems up to specific system solutions for numerous application areas.

　　The company tec5 AG was founded in 1993. In order to meet the requirements of a high-tech enterprise in the long-term, tec5 was transformed into a corporation in 1999. In the years to follow, the subsidiaries tec5USA Inc. and tec5UK Ltd. were founded. Furthermore, a growing network of distribution partners supports customers around the globe in their projects with high competence in applications. The tec5 AG is a company of the m-u-t group.

　　The tec5 AG headquarters is located in Oberursel, near Frankfurt / Main, on a modern, 1,700 square meter facility. Currently, approximately 60 employees are working for the tec5 group.

　　Sales Engineer

　　We typically prefer a young engineer with some job experience in sales or industry (e.g. 2-3 years), preferably with the background in process control/measurements/automation, so that he knows what we are talking about (“the modern industrial production concepts”).

　　Same important are the personal skills/ qualities. The proper candidate should ideally have a:

　　· Strong technological interest

　　· He should be able and like to make sales incl. customer visits, presentations, exhibitions etc.

　　· The ability to convince customers about our ideas and products.

　　· Motivated, with a strong commitment and self-organisation.

　　· Good English

　　The know-how in spectroscopy he will learn when he is in Germany for the training.
